1. Mark with paint the provision of wheels concerning naves. It will allow to establish at assembly the balanced wheels in their former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of wheels before a car poddomkrachivaniye. Lift the car, put it on supports and remove wheels.

2. Measure thickness of a brake disk in the thinnest place. HUNDRED apply for this purpose a special caliper, for example, HAZET 4956-1 or a micrometric bracket since the disk owing to wear has an edge.

Thickness of a brake disk can be measured also by means of a usual caliper for what on both sides of a disk it is necessary to enclose laying of the corresponding thickness (for example, two coins). Disk thickness in this case is equal to the received value minus thickness of laying.


Measurement needs to be taken in several points of a brake disk.

3. The sizes of a brake disk are specified in Specifications.
4. If the limit of wear is reached, the brake disk needs to be replaced.
5. In the presence of big cracks or flutes is deeper than 0.5 mm a brake disk need to be replaced.

The ventilated brake disks with cracks thickness in a hair and up to 25 mm long do not need to be replaced.

6. Establish into place wheels so that the marks put at removal coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer of bearing lubricant the aligning wheel disk belt on a nave. Do not grease bolts of fastening of wheels. Replace rusty bolts. Wrap bolts. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 110 Nanometers.
