Removal and installation of a multidisk brake B1 and oil pump

Removal and installation of a multidisk brake B1 and oil pump

1 — the hydrotransformer Case
6 — the Multidisk brake (B1)
6a — M6x32 Bolts (11 pieces)
7 — the Oil pump
7a — M8x35 Bolts (7 pieces)
8 — the Intermediate plate

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and K3.
2. Turn off bolts (7a) and remove the oil pump (7). Turn off two opposite bolts in the case of the oil pump and take the oil pump from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with the plastic hammer.
3. Turn off bolts (6a) and take a multidisk brake of B1 (6) from the hydrotransformer case. Turn off two opposite bolts in a multidisk brake of B1 and take it from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with the plastic hammer.
4. Disconnect an intermediate plate (8) from the case of the hydrotransformer (1).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install an intermediate plate (8) on the case of the hydrotransformer (1). The intermediate plate (8) can be used several times.
2. Wrap bolts of fastening of a multidisk brake of B1 (6) in the case of the hydrotransformer (1). The adjusting provision of a multidisk brake B1 concerning the case of the hydrotransformer is defined by the directing finger on a multidisk brake of B1 (shooter).
3. Install the oil pump (7) and tighten bolts of its fastening.

4. Establish multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and K3. On an illustration the oil channel E for coupling of K1 is shown.
